I needed to write you to say “THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART” for rushing the pendant of little Malik for my step mother-in-law’s gift. I was so thrilled when i picked it up … my eyes filled with tears because it was absolutely perfect!! It was ‘exactly’ as I had hoped it would be!!!!!! I am so grateful for your efforts Sandra in making it possible to have been able to take it with me as we did head north only a couple days later. I was so excited to give it to Deb … and could hardly wait for the adult’s turn to exchange gifts. I felt more excited then the children this year … because I knew it was the ‘perfect’ gift! Just wanted to let you know that she opened the box and said “this is nice” …. totally not seeing the image of her late grandson! Then as she was examining it closer she gasped … and began to lose it emotionally. She absolutely LOVED IT!!!!!! She realized it was Malik … and cried … and cried …. and cried. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house!  She struggled to get words out for the next several minutes … continuing to release tears … tears of healing … tears of love! She SOOOOO appreciated such a personal heartfelt gift!!!

And it’s because of your kindness and your dedication/commitment to your job and to your fellow employees that I say “thank you” from the bottom of my heart!  YOU were very instrumental in making this moment happen …. and what a beautiful moment it was!

In your crazy busy moments now … as the holidays are quickly approaching and everyone’s stress levels are tested may you be reminded how much your customers at the receiving end do truly appreciate the work you do!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS SANDRA!! If I could only walk into your office right now I’d give you a GIANT heartfelt HUG!!  😀
